About Aelven
Aelven builds human context for AI.
We create rich, coherent datasets from human activity across physical and digital environments, connecting context across modalities and over time. Our collection initiatives and custom data programs span enterprise workflows, physical work, and everyday activity.
We also build the tooling behind that work: agent-native systems for collecting, connecting, and reviewing human-context data, combining automation with human oversight to deliver coherent datasets tailored to each program.
Together, this work provides a foundation for AI that can reason and act in the real world.
About the Role
We are always looking for exceptional people who want to help build Aelven.
This is an open application for candidates who are excited about what we are building but do not see the perfect role listed. We are interested in builders, operators, researchers, designers, domain experts, and sharp generalists who can help us create new data systems, expert workflows, evaluation methods, and data infrastructure for frontier AI.
You may be a fit if you are unusually good at one or more of the following:
- Building software, internal tools, data systems, or AI-enabled workflows
- Designing expert-facing interfaces or operational systems
- Creating, managing, or scaling human data programs
- Developing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, QA systems, or annotation standards
- Bringing deep expertise from a domain where human judgment and reasoning matter
- Moving quickly in a small, high-agency team
